Open the 24Charge app or website, then scan the QR code on the station to start renting.
Return it at any 24Charge station by inserting the power bank into an empty slot, cable-end first. The system will confirm the return and show your rental summary.
The fee is 20 THB per hour, capped at 80 THB per day. Partial hours round up to a full hour. Renting beyond 6 days is treated as non-return and the 480 THB deposit will be charged. During special events such as concerts, music festivals, exhibitions and fairs, rates and/or deposit amounts may be adjusted; any changes will be clearly shown at the rental station at the time of rental.
It guarantees the power bank in case it isn't returned or is lost. If returned within 6 days, the deposit is not charged in full, and you're never obligated to return the unit.
When you start a rental with a credit/debit card, no deposit is charged or held upfront. Only if the power bank isn't returned within 6 days will 480 THB be charged to your linked card.
